Itemized written estimate
Demolition, subfloor prep, material, installation, stairs, trim, and haul-away each appear as their own line. The subfloor number is on it before you agree to anything, which is why the final invoice matches.

Tear-out and subfloor correction
Containment goes up, the old floor and its adhesive come out, and the substrate gets ground, patched, or leveled until it is inside the manufacturer tolerance for whatever is going down.

Installation, trim, and walkthrough
The floor goes in, then transitions, stair nosings, and baseboard close the perimeter. Furniture goes back, the site is swept, and we walk the finished rooms with you before the crew leaves.
